Role Description
As a result of our continued investment and exciting growth plan Alutec Rainwater Systems - the UK leader in innovative aluminium rainwater drainage, fascia, soffit, and coping - are recruiting an Internal Sales Manager.
Alutec Rainwater Systems is entering an exciting new chapter, and we are looking for an Internal Sales Manager to help shape the future of our business.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will lead our Internal Sales team, drive CRM discipline, manage sales opportunities and play a key role in delivering our growth ambitions.
What you will be doing:
Lead, coach and develop the Internal Sales team
- Triage leads and distribute accordingly.
- Drive opportunity follow-up and sales process discipline.
- Manage a personal sales area and customer relationships.
- Work closely with field sales and technical teams.
- Deputise for the Head of Commercial when required.
What we are looking for:
- Leadership experience.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- CRM experience, ideally HubSpot.
- A proactive and hands-on approach.
